Regional sourcing

The vast majority of our vegetables come from within the region — with the odd exotic ingredient sourced from certified organic farms abroad. Keeping food miles low means better flavour and a smaller environmental footprint.

We also grow some of our own produce and forage throughout the year, pickling and preserving what we find — you'll taste it in every dish.

Sustainability in Every Detail

Our commitment doesn't stop at the food. We use disposable serving ware made from bamboo, FSC-certified sustainable wood, and high-end corn-based plastics. Flowers are locally grown and organic; candles are lead-free; straws are biodegradable.
